Commercial real estate online marketplace lender Money360 has appointed Gary Bechtel as its new President. He is charged with expanding lending programs, institutional investor communication, and building out origination and loan processing capability.
Mr. Bechtel joins Money360 with more than 29 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking and lending. During his career has has helped found, grow and oversee several companies, including Johnson Capital Group, Hometown Commercial Capital, Meridian Capital Group, and FINOVA Realty Capital. He joins Money360 from CU Business Partners (now Extensia Financial), the country’s largest credit union service organization, where he served as Chief Lending and Originations Officer.
He has been involved in more than $8 billion worth of commercial debt transactions for multiple property types, with single transactions as high as $250 million. They involved institutional and private sources such as commercial banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, commercial mortgage-backed securities, private capital, equity and mezzanine fund.
Mr. Bechtel has led national teams employing technology to increase the efficiency of loan sourcing and funding.

Money360 also announced Co-Founder Dan Vetter has been named COO.
