Square expands payroll service into Texas

Payment technology company Square now offers Square Payroll in Texas.

Designed for businesses with hourly employees, Square Payroll provides timecard integration, holiday and sick leave tracking, withholdings, payments and filings. Direct deposit capability and online pay stubs are also available.

The monthly fee is $20 plus an additional $5 for every employee.

The payroll service is just one of several services offered by Square, which also provides payment services, inventory tracking, invoicing, small business financing and customer engagement tools.
