Real estate crowdfunder iFunding announced the creation of an advisory board which will help the company blend old with new, the company’s founder said.

The board members are:
Jason Jones is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cardinal Rose Group, the company behind LendIt, NSR Invest, and Lend Academy Media.
Alicia Syrett is one of Wharton Magazine’s “40 under 40” young alumni, a frequent television and Internet contributor, and the CEO of Pantegrion Capital.
William Sipple is an Executive Managing Director of HVS Capital Corporation and has previously worked with Index Consulting Group, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Greg Weingast is the Executive Vice President of Van Meter Companies and Principal of Rock Creek Capital Partners and has a background in commercial and multifamily real estate.
iFunding facilitates debt and preferred equity fundraising for single and multifamily residences, commercial and office space. Accredited investors can participate with a minimum $5,000 investment.
