Real estate crowdfunder iFunding announced the creation of an advisory board which will help the company blend old with new, the company’s founder said.
“By creating the advisory board with seasoned professionals we are investing in the future of iFunding,” William Skelley explained. “Real estate crowdfunding is a new way investors are finding they can build their wealth. With financial experts guiding iFunding on how to mix disruptive ideas with investment best practices, together we will define the industry and iFunding’s success.”

Alicia Syrett is one of Wharton Magazine’s “40 under 40” young alumni, a frequent television and Internet contributor, and the CEO of Pantegrion Capital.
William Sipple is an Executive Managing Director of HVS Capital Corporation and has previously worked with Index Consulting Group, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
iFunding facilitates debt and preferred equity fundraising for single and multifamily residences, commercial and office space. Accredited investors can participate with a minimum $5,000 investment.
