Money360‘s newest partnership should attract fresh investors to its platform, executives believe.
The commercial real estate marketplace lender has reached an agreement with Millennium Alternative Investment Network (MAIN) which will allow investors to access Money360 via MAIN’s portal.
“MAIN provides Millennium Trust’s large base of clients and advisers with a simple online method of opening an account to hold investments in private placements and private debt offerings available through Money360,” Money360 COO Dan Vetter said.

“MAIN enables financial advisers to easily diversify investment opportunities for their clients by investing in loans secured by income-producing commercial real estate in the $3 trillion commercial real estate sector.”
Money360 sells individual loans and manages diversified investment funds for accredited investors, including a recently launched private mortgage fund.
