British mortgage lenders dilute government aid program through rate hikes

Thousands of British home buyers have a government aid program to thank for their home ownership, but only six months into the Help to Buy program some lenders are hiking rates to the point that cheaper options exist outside of the program, according to Marc Shoffman.
