National Funding is revisiting some familiar ground as it enters its’ newest growth stage.

The SME financing provider has created a Broker Services division which will allow for loans secured by independent sales organizations throughout the United States. The firm had been underwriting its own agreements for the past 15 years.

Past broker experience should allow this initiative to quickly bear fruit, says National Funding CEO David Gilbert.

“National Funding started as a broker, so we have a deep understanding of this market. We know that it is important to structure deals correctly with quick turnaround time, and to provide fair compensation for the brokers,” Gilbert said before adding the new partnerships will enable them to quickly spread their reach to more SME’s.

One such partnership is with Clear Skies Capital, a provider of financial services to small businesses.

“Working with National Funding’s loan program has changed the way we approach the business with each of our clients,” said Jeff Thon, Clear Skies Capital President. “When we are issued an approval, we have the confidence that we are presenting the best offer available to the business owner.”

Mr. Thon also looks for the expediency of the loan process to attract new business.

“Completing the loan process is fast and easy, which helps our clients get the money when they need it, without having to jump through a bunch of extra hoops.”

National Funding’s Broker Services division will be headed by Bob Anthony, who joined the company in 2011.
