As banks struggle to keep up with online lenders who are quickly (and inexpensively) offering greater transparency to clients, a greater understanding of an important measure is an important step in that direction, a bank representative said.
“Knowing your FICO Score is an important part of achieving a favorable financial position,” said Rich Syme, America First Credit Union Executive Vice President. “This is yet another tool we offer that will help our members choose credit wisely, establish repayment goals and establish overall financial well-being.”
The addition of the FICO Score component is the latest in a series of efforts which includes a new website offering use simplicity on most common devices.
The FICO Scores will be updated quarterly for members with a loan or checking account.
