Data and customization have combined to create a company that has attracted investors.
Before the merger Agent Ace, which was available in more than 75 major U.S. metro areas and licensed as a real estate broker in 37 states, had raised more than $6 million of funding. The two-year-old fypio had received $2.4 million.
OpenHouse combines Agent Ace’s data-based approach with fypio’s detailed community information. They secured $13.5 million of Series A funding led by Triangle Peak Partners and March Capital Partners.
OpenHouse is now live in 14 metropolitan areas. It is available for the iPhone at the App Store and other locations.
