United Kingdom SME lender aggregation platform Capitalise has been selected to join Microsoft’s 16-week accelerator for high-growth technology companies.
Capitalise uses behavioral analytics to match SMEs with more than 50 institutional lenders. Borrowers can compare competing offers on the platform.
This is the fifth edition of Microsoft’s accelerator, which helps firms scale, reach market, and acquire new customers.
Co-Founder Paul Surtees explains how the accelerator will help Capitalise.
“We have already supported thousands of companies in their search for funding, demonstrating the market need for an easier and more transparent way to search and select business finance. Working closely with Microsoft will enable Capitalise to more quickly develop our machine learning capability and realise our ambition to make access to finance a reality for all small businesses.”
