Financeit, a Canadian company providing business with purchase payment plan systems, has launched Financeit Direct, a direct to consumer financing platform available on any device.
Their value add is taking the heavy lifting of the application process away from smaller merchants who often eschew payment plans due to labor intensity.
“Our merchant partners and their customers want financing options, but they don’t want programs that are complicated or time-consuming,” Financeit founder and CEO Michael Garrity said. “Customers love the quick and easy application process and the added privacy and security, along with Financeit’s competitive interest rates.”
Financeit Direct providers retain sale control while offering customers an email or text invitation to participate. Customers can upload a picture of a check or pay stub to expedite the application process.
“Or platform features the security of a traditional financial institution, but it is also flexible, transparent and user-friendly,” CTO Paul Sehr explained. “It’s the first point-of-sale financing platform to take full advantage of the mobile revolution that has put a supercomputer in everyone’s pocket.”
