Online commercial real estate marketplace Money360 has added two real estate veterans to lead newly created divisions in the Northeast and Northwest.
David Christensen brings more than three decades of experience to his role in leading Money360’s Northwest region out of San Francisco. While vice president of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, Mr, Christensen established commercial debt placement for commercial property loans in Northern California. He has also worked at Cassidy Turley, Grubb & Ellis Company, Jones Lang La Salle, and HSH NordBank.
He will be joined by Kenneth Wood, who heads up the platform’s Northeast operations in Stamford, CN. Mr. Wood has managed individual loans of up to $50 million and averages close to $100 million in loans each year. He has previously worked for MC-Five Mile Capital, Patriot National Bank, Hometown Commercial Capital and Impac.
The pair are charged with growth generation, relationship formation and maintenance, and brand elevation.
“We saw tremendous gains in the latter part of 2016, and the momentum continues to mount,” said Money360 President Gary Bechtel. “David’s and Ken’s impressive credentials, deep understanding of local markets, and extensive industry contacts will help us meet the demands of our growing portfolio, and we’re proud to welcome them to the Money360 team.”
