CRMNEXT to support Amazon Connect

Global financial services CRM provider CRMNEXT announced this week it will support its customers through the use of Amazon Connect, a new, cloud-based contact center service from Amazon Web Services. CRMNEXT will be able to help banks increase their use of intelligent assistants as they seek to improve the branch, call center and digital customer experiences.

Amazon Connect allows companies to establish and manage cloud-supported customer contact centers. It integrates with Amazon Lex to provide natural customer conversations and skills-based routing for those callers needing to speak to an agent.
