Pepper allows customers to manage all of their banking activities on their mobile device without paying account fees. Through the use of artificial intelligence, Pepper learns user preferences and customizes content to produce a banking experience unique to the user. Users receive personal tips and insights, real-time expense updates, frequent expense analyses and summaries, duplicate charge instant alerts, news articles and live updates. Live customer service is available at all times via video chat, phone and online messaging and onboarding takes eight minutes.
Leumi is also busy readying Pepper Invest, a mobile securities trading app that is expected to launch later this year.
