TV marketing and SEO are two great tactics, but they’ll take a bit more effort to set up.
The right staff
This can really be the make or break when it comes to future proofing your business. The right staff can do so much in the way of making your business a success. But it’s so hard to know who the right person is, especially just from an interview.
Try having a trial week as well as the interview to really get to see what the person looks like. It’s better than just going off their nervous personality that they’ll be displaying at the interview.
