ZenCash launches 24-hour help desk and ticketing service
ZenCash, the privacy coin for borderless, decentralized communications and transactions, today announced the launch of ZenHelp, a 24-hour support system for its users. Zen users now have access to round-the-clock, online support from members of the Zen team to answer questions and help resolve technical issues they may encounter while using the Zen network and ZenCash token.
“ZenHelp represents a critical step forward as ZenCash advances its mission to become the most useful and reliable cryptocurrency for private and anonymous transactions, messaging, and publishing,” co-founder Robert Viglione said. “Our users and community members are among our most significant assets, and ZenHelp enables us to quickly respond to their questions and concerns and provide them with more seamless experiences on the Zen network.”
ZenHelp lets users request support directly from a Zen team member if they encounter technical issues or bugs, including secure node payment questions and concerns. Users can also track the progress of their support ticket through the easy-to-use dashboard. With access to a dedicated support team, users can receive real-time responses on their tickets from Zen team members.
Zen users also have access to a digital knowledge base containing user manuals, video tutorials, and documentation on common requests. They can also provide suggestions for new system features.
