Securrency, a provider of financial and regulatory technology products for the tokenized issuance and trading of securities, today announced a strategic partnership with Entoro Capital, a technology-enabled investment bank and broker-dealer.
Through this partnership, Securrency’s platform and products will allow Entoro Capital clients to conduct secure and regulatory-compliant security token offerings (STOs).
Entoro is a pioneering leader among regulated broker-dealers in the STO market. Securrency will provide technology
services to Entoro to enable seamless enrollment, subscription, tokenization, escrow services and token issuance services to issuers and investors through the Entoro client portal – all within Securrency’s unique and robust compliance framework.
The integration of Securrency’s Compliance Aware Token will add critical, yet highly efficient, security and compliance to the STO process. Through Securrency’s secure infrastructure, Entoro can facilitate securities offerings on virtually any distributed ledger or legacy financial services platform. As a result, this accessible and user-friendly functionality will ultimately allow for the continued growth of security tokens as a commonly-traded asset class across the financial industry.
Entoro’s Managing Partner, James C. Row, CFA, said, “Entoro is proud to work with Securrency to provide a secure and compliant way to trade tokenized securities. Our cutting-edge platform, powered by Securrency’s best-in-class technology, opens up new investment opportunities for our clients – in a safe and secure way. This new partnership establishes Entoro’s leadership and stability in an unpredictable and rapidly-changing market.”
Dan Doney, Chief Executive Officer of Securrency, added: “Jim Row and his team at Entoro bring a disciplined and professional investment banking rigor to the evaluation, structuring and marketing of tokenized securities. In Securrency’s comprehensive technology suite, Entoro sees that we have applied the same rigor to process, functionality, compliance and security. We are pleased to be working with Entoro to allow issuers and purchasers of tokenized securities to participate confidently in this new market.”
