As a business, it is down to you to provide that feeling and there are many ways you can’t do it. It can be by a simple bit of communication, asking if someone needs help or answering questions. It could be the way you handle a transaction or just talk to the customer. It can make all of the difference.

This falls in line with having an attention to detail with certain aspects of your business output.
