Braeden Anderson, J.D. has dedicated much his young career to researching and writing about the practical impact and technical implications that law and regulation have on emerging financial technologies and behaviors. While studying for the bar exam, Braeden co-founded the CBRTF, a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting crypto investors from fraud and contributing to the global conversations surrounding crypto regulation. He also served as the sole U.S.-based AltCourt.com Advisory Board Member in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, in a similar capacity.
Previously, as an extern at FINRA, Braeden was involved in numerous joint investigations brought by the SEC and FINRA Enforcement regarding ICOs and various other issues involving market participants in the cryptocurrency and blockchain fin-tech space. He is now a regulatory Attorney in New York (Not Yet Admitted).
