Leading crypto exchange and Web3 pioneer OKX’s proprietary OKX Wallet is now integrated with Zeta, a Solana-based decentralized exchange and derivatives trading platform that offers rapid, effective perpetual swaps for leading crypto assets. The platform allows OKX Wallet customers to trade the assets of their choice at the speed of light without compromising security, OKX announced in a press release.

How to access Zeta

To access the DEX, users only need to carry out three simple steps. They download the OKX Wallet web extension, which is available as an add-on via Chrome or Firefox. Then, they add an OKX Wallet or create a new one. Finally, they use a web extension to link their OKX Wallet to Zeta.

OKX Wallet: The details

OKX Wallet is a safe, powerful, and versatile crypto wallet that offers users access to dozens of blockchains while letting them custody their own funds at the same time.

Pluses of the wallet

The wallet features MPC technology that makes it possible for users to recover access to their wallet with ease and independently, doing away with the need to create conventional seed phrases that they have to write down.

Moreover, the wallet’s abstraction-propelled Smart Account allows users to pay for transactions in USD Coin or Tether on various blockchains. They only perform a single transaction to interact with different contracts.

Previous Web3 milestones

The integration with Zeta is just one of many prominent partnerships for OKX. Most recently, it launched X1, its own layer 2 blockchain, on Polygon’s Chain Development Kit (CDK). The blockchain is aimed at making improvements in the Web3 space and stands out thanks to its improved security, scalability and low transaction costs.

Earlier this year, OKX Wallet announced support for eight dApps from the Cosmos ecosystem of autonomous and interoperable blockchain services and apps in its Discover Portal. This enhanced the OKX Web3 ecosystem and improved user access to decentralized applications.
