Predict.fun has closed a deal to acquire Probable, bringing two of BNB Chain’s main on‑chain prediction markets under one roof. The teams say the move should boost tech, liquidity, and reach, with a focus on making markets more capital‑efficient for users.

What Predict.Fun is Buying

Predict.fun calls itself the fastest‑growing on‑chain prediction market on BNB Chain, which has been live since December 2025. Since then, it has processed about $1.5 billion in cumulative trading volume across more than 120,000 users and 3.3 million transactions. The platform lets users trade on future events while their staked funds earn DeFi yield in the background.

Probable, the company it is buying, is also an on‑chain prediction platform but was incubated by PancakeSwap and YZi Labs. It runs exclusively on BNB Chain and has focused on market design experiments, points programs, and anti‑Sybil strategies. By acquiring Probable, Predict.fun is getting both a live product and a user base that is especially strong in key Asian markets.

Why Predict.fun Says the Deal Matters

In its announcement, Predict.fun said the acquisition advances its goal of becoming “the most capital‑efficient prediction market in the world.” Bringing the Probable team in‑house should speed up work on its tech stack, including a “multi‑source, dynamically routed” yield engine for open positions. The team argues that better yield routing and market architecture can support deeper liquidity and more sophisticated markets without requiring more idle capital.

The deal also tightens Predict.fun’s ties to the broader BNB ecosystem. Probable’s links to PancakeSwap and YZi Labs give Predict.fun closer collaboration with ecosystem‑native projects and infrastructure. That alignment could help it win more integrations, from wallets and analytics tools to referral flows from other DeFi apps on BNB Chain.

Predict.fun says Probable users will get a guided migration path rather than an abrupt shutdown. Existing Probable markets accounts and positions will remain live during an initial transition phase, and there are no immediate changes to open markets. The teams plan to share detailed instructions to help users transition smoothly into the Predict.fun environment.
