Binance has announced a new initiative to donate a substantial portion of transaction fees from trades in the Giggle Fund (GIGGLE) token. Beginning in December 2025, the company plans to direct resources generated from cryptocurrency transactions toward social impact projects, specifically focusing on children’s education through the Giggle Academy.

Binance Launches Transaction Fee Donation Program

Binance will allocate 50% of trading fees derived from GIGGLE spot and margin trades to the Giggle Fund. The Giggle Fund is a meme-themed token on the BNB Smart Chain that supports charitable efforts in the education sector.

Binance plans to manage the donation process with transparency, providing periodic updates on the distribution and outcomes of these contributions. The company maintains that it will not profit from these donations, nor will the program impact the standard trading fee structure for GIGGLE trading pairs.

This charitable initiative will apply to any qualified GIGGLE trade volumes executed via Binance, encouraging greater participation from the platform’s user base worldwide.

Furthermore, the Binance Exchange has made it clear that its endeavour does not indicate support for the GIGGLE project as an investment, retaining its impartial position as a marketplace and focusing solely on the transaction-fee channelling structure.

Structure of the Program

Starting on December 1, 2025, the contribution window will be open until further notice, contingent on operational viability and regulatory compliance.

Among the protections that Binance has laid out is the authority to halt further donations if the program faces insurmountable obstacles, such as compliance or transparency issues. Because donations are automatically subtracted from standard transaction costs, customers don’t need to take any more action to participate in the initiative.

Giggle Fund has a reputation as a community-driven public welfare project, with its main objective being to support charitable causes, especially educational initiatives. The Giggle Academy, which benefits from these funds, aims to advance children’s education through various outreach programs.

However, there is no formal partnership between Giggle Fund and Giggle Academy beyond the redirected support of transaction fees.
