Luckily, there are several cryptocurrency books that cover the basics and then some. Here are a few of my favorites for beginners.

TJ Richmond, a crypto expert and entrepreneur, has already written several books in cryptocurrency and blockchain. Bitcoin: The Ultimate Bible – How To Make Money Online with Cryptocurrency is my favorite.

If you’re looking to get into cryptocurrency, you should start with this book. This book does a great job breaking down every aspect of the crypto world. You’ll not only be able to fully understand digital currencies, but you’ll also learn how to start investing in cryptocurrency and how to make a living, too.

The Truth Machine: Blockchain and the Future of Everything by Michael J. Casey and Paul Vigna

If you want to fully understand cryptocurrency, it’s imperative that you learn all about blockchain technology. Vigna and Casey’s book definitely delivers.

Vigna, a former reporter for the Wall Street Journal, and Casey, a crypto expert and advisor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Media Lab, provide a balanced view of the technology. They present pros, cons, and any potential challenges of the technology. So, you’ll be able to make your own determination if blockchain as revolutionary as some claim.

Attack of the 50 Foot Blockchain: Bitcoin, Blockchain, Ethereum & Smart Contracts by David Gerard

Once you understand the basics of blockchain technology, it might be worth it to explore the psychology behind blockchain. In light of the Bitcoin, altcoin and blockchain explosions, Gerard attempt to explain the phenomenon through its core ideology, history, and promises. It makes for an exciting and provocative read.
