AIBC Hosts Annual Summit for Dubai's Crypto Community
Bringing together key brands, industry giants and prominent individuals from the converging sectors of AI, blockchain, IoT and quantum tech to discuss and shape the future of emerging tech, AIBC will stage the highly anticipated AIBC Summit on May 25 and 26 at InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The two-day summit will convene delegates, policymakers and thought leaders from across the globe where they can network and discuss potential business deals. AIBC Summit is a global event which is annually held in four continents such as the Americas, Asia, Europe and Africa. This year, AIBC has chosen to stage the Asian leg in Dubai because of its goal to become a major hub for large-scale events. With vaccination roll-outs moving fast, and connections to all major tech hubs in the industry, Dubai is an ideal meeting point for Asia and foreign delegates to come together.
“We are always eager to work with various leaders across the UAE who have emerging tech at heart and are delighted to be able to offer a platform to showcase the industry at its best. Dubai’s growing reputation as a financial and tech hub for the emerging digital world has allowed the emirate to attract interest from businesses and entrepreneurs focussed on exploring new niches in innovation and economic diversification – making it an ideal host city for AIBC”, said AIBC Summit founder Eman Pulis.
Headlining the roster of speakers include Dr. Marwan Alzarouni, CEO of Dubai Blockchain Center; Hon. Silvio Schembri, Minister for the Economy & Industry of the Government of Malta; Anna Melton, COO of Bitcoin.com; Jeff Mkungusi, director of Africa Blockchain Center; Scott Stornetta, partner and chief scientist at Yugen Partners; and Nikita Sachdev, CEO of Luna PR, a blockchain-focused marketing agency in Dubai, which will lead the roster of media sponsors.
The event will also honor and celebrate the best of the emerging tech industry in a much-awaited awards night dubbed as AIBC Dubai Awards. Nominees will compete in categories such as blockchain, AI, and crypto currency among others. An expo and exhibition will be simultaneously held for companies to showcase their technologies.
