  • Flux is a leader in development of decentralized infrastructure to power Web3
  • Skyrocketing adoption of Flux Cloud; network use has increased by more than 10,000% to date

Flux and European cloud leader OVHcloud have entered into a partnership to expand edge cloud solution options. Flux is a leader in development of decentralized infrastructure to power Web3. The new partnership will let each platform grow its reach into formerly untapped markets – Web2 for Flux and Web3 for OVHcloud.

Iterating tech together

The partnership enables Flux to fill the void between Web2.0 and Web3.0 infrastructure so the two companies can iterate tech and contribute to a better future. Flux can increase computational capacity by getting more nodes on the network, which will happen thanks to the cooperation with OVHcloud and their substantial worldwide presence.

Flux cofounder Daniel Keller commented:

Our team at Flux is not maximalist, we believe working with Web2 and Web3 will benefit users of both platforms. OVHcloud is trusted in the Web2 space and is forward-thinking about how to build a trusted digital environment in tandem, much like the development of on-prem and cloud services. They will provide the suitable infrastructure for us to grow a truly decentralized internet. We will use OVHcloud servers to help us support our Titan Node staking platform. OVHcloud servers will be used to deploy FluxNodes knowing that they are of robust and enterprise quality.

Surge in cloud adoption

There has been skyrocketing adoption of Flux Cloud over the past year. To date, network use has increased by more than 10,000%. More and more enterprises outside crypto are seeing the cloud benefits that Flux offers and want to dabble in Web3. Evan Hamilton, Key Account Manager at OVHcloud, said:

The promise of decentralized infrastructure requires security, high bandwidth and fast provisioning in a cost-effective overall package, which is exactly what OVHcloud is providing. Our global footprint of 33 data centers, including 8 in Canada and 18 in Europe, is a key benefit when handling a growing number of nodes worldwide. On top of performance and scalability, Flux and their users can also count on our trusted and sustainable cloud infrastructure, with a proven track record in energy efficiency and operational sovereignty.
