Peer-to-peer commercial real estate lending platform Money360 has added significant real estate experience with the hiring of Patrick Brokaw as Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Brokaw is the former president and CEO of Strategic Asset Services LLC, a commercial real estate due diligence company. In that role Mr. Brokaw was charged with global operations and business development. He also introduced technologies which improved collateral risk management to the commercial real estate financing industry.

With Money360 Mr. Brokaw will work to identify and evaluate top investment opportunities in many different commercial real estate sectors. He will also assist with platform scalability while helping Money360 borrowers with the loan application process.
