Funderbeam CEO Kaidi Ruusalepp is a featured speaker at Blockchain and Bitcoin Conference Tallinn, which takes place in Tallinn, Estonia on Mar. 9.
Funderbeam is a primary and secondary market for early stage startups. Investments are tokenized with advanced blockchain technology, with each token representing its owner’s rights in an investment syndicate.
“Blockchain can radically transform the exchange sector,” Ms. Ruusalepp said.
In late 2016 Funderbeam began to create a blockchain-based exchange, with the vision of an open platform for traders. Total investments have exceeded $2.5 million.
Ms. Ruuselapp will discuss challenges faced by exchanges, the banking sector and crowdsourcing campaign organizers along with the possibilities for using blockchain in exchange operations. She will share her experiences with the Estonian Nasdaq business unit and consider tasks which should be addressed by creators of new projects.
