- DCI customers can take advantage of direct access to streams for account funding
- Bank customers can access earnings ahead of the staff's pay cycle and unlock paycheck liquidity
DCI (Data Center Inc.), a privately-owned developer of fintech processing, core processing, and digital banking solutions, entered into a partnership with Atomic to provide digital payroll connectivity to financial institutions, Bankless Times learned from a press release. The connectivity features easy integration with GoBanking and GoDeposits, DCI’s digital banking products.
Banks can offer customers a fast, digital way to set up deposits
Thanks to the partnership, DCI customers can take advantage of direct access to streams for account funding without the need to develop integrations or invest in modern technological infrastructure. This will make it possible for community banks to provide fast, convenient ways to verify a customer’s employment status and income, set up and switch direct deposits digitally, and offer early access to wages.
Atomic CEO and cofounder Jordan Wright said:
We’re thrilled about this partnership with DCI. Their customers can now access account funding streams without being hindered by costly technological infrastructure or lengthy processes of developing integrations into each unique payroll system.
Atomic introduces Earn and Verify API solutions
The new option to digitize deposits allows DCI customers to speed up direct deposit acquisition. They will also be able to access Atomic’s Verify API and Earn solutions later this year.
The Earn solution will let community bank customers tap earnings ahead of the staff’s pay cycle and unlock paycheck liquidity, not unlike Earned Wage Access (EWA). Verify lets them corroborate income and employment.
DCI CEO and President Sarah Fankhauser commented:
Partnering with Atomic helps us boost our digital banking solutions by digitizing direct deposit and adding verify and earn solutions. When a new partnership helps our banks keep competitive with the larger financial institutions, it’s a win-win for us all.
